Eucharist
The Celebration of the Eucharist is at the heart of the Catholic & Christian life.
We believe that the Eucharist is both the source and the summit of our Christian life. Being a Catholic Christian begins at the Eucharistic table, from which we move to share Christ in the world. The Eucharist is understood as the summit in that the communion with Christ and the Church that is celebrated is understood as the goal of the Catholic spiritual journey.
First Holy Communion
Children should have completed 2 years of religious education before making their first Holy Communion. Depending on when your child begins his or her religious education, they may receive their First Eucharist in either the 2nd Grade or 3rd Grade (or a higher grade. It is never too late!)
